Rebecca is qualified in Level 7 Employment Law and leads Regent HR’s service delivery with a focus on engagement, performance, and compliance. Outside of work, you’ll often find her seeking out picturesque spots to indulge her photography hobby and discovering the best coffee places along the way!

Josh Payne, Co-Founder & Director (MBA, Chartered Manager)

Bringing operational leadership and a sharp business mindset, Josh has held significant roles in Rugby Union - including with Worcester Warriors, Premiership Women's Rugby, and the Welsh Rugby Union, while currently consulting on the Celtic Challenge. He also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director for British Weight Lifting, and frequently presents on leadership, culture, and strategy. Outside of work Josh can often be found spending time with family, or enjoying a round of golf with friends and colleagues.
