A Natural Next Step
Regent Advisory has been established to meet growing demand from owner-managed businesses for senior-level strategic support, without the cost or complexity of large consultancy firms. The division focuses on three core areas: strategic leadership, management consulting, and operational development, all tailored to the practical realities of SME businesses.
Alongside its core business advisory offer, Regent Advisory carries a dedicated sport management practice, working with sports organisations of all sizes on governance, commercial development, performance structures, and long-term strategic growth. The practice is built on genuine experience at the highest levels of sport and is designed to meet the standards that these organisations demand.
Leadership Appointments
Josh Payne has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective 1st April 2026. A Chartered Manager and respected senior leader, Josh brings extensive experience across business strategy, leadership, and the professional sports industry. He is a regular speaker on topics including leadership, culture, and strategy. He is equally known for his ability to build and manage relationships across boards, governing bodies, and diverse stakeholder groups, bringing clarity and confidence to complex environments.
